Welcome to Cabo San Lucas , Mexico . Casa De Tres Hermanas is located within the exclusive and gated Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas, and is just three blocks from the Marina . This spectacular 2,400 sq. foot Mexican style villa has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and spa and a modern kitchen.  Casa de Tres Hermanas was completed in January, 2005, and is decorated in the traditional Mexican style.  The two second floor patios enjoy views of the Pedregal and the surrounding mountains. The fountain of the Plaza de la Cruz is just outside the front door.  All the villas in Pedregal enjoy the highest degree of privacy and security.

The house has two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor, with two additional bedrooms sharing a bath on the second floor.  The kitchen has all of the modern conveniences, and a pass-through window to the pool area for outdoor dining.  Relax sore muscles in the spa, and then take a refreshing dip in the tiled pool.  Cook your catch on our outdoor gas BBQ.

The living room is comfortably furnished in Mexican style.  Enjoy satellite television on a large flat screen.  Telephone service is included.  Don’t buy a phone card when you stay at Casa de Tres Hermanas, because calls to the U.S. and Canada are free.  Your friends and office can reach you (if you wish) via a local U.S. number. Broadband internet service is also included.  Casa de Tres Hermanas is ideal for romantic getaways or family reunions.

The rental villa comfortably sleeps eight  persons and rents for $425/night from October 1 to May 30, and rents for $383/night from June 1 to September 30.  Christmas week is $525 per night.  Discounts are available for stays over one week and for last minute bookings.
